Shopping at 24K Exchange
Shopping at 24K Exchangeis safe and easy. Simple choose products which you like and put them into Shopping Bag. There is no obligation to purchase products which are in the shopping bag. It is totally up to you.

Adding a product to the Shopping Bag:
If you would like to buy a product just click on the
"Shopping Bag" button: or

Viewing the Shopping Bag:
The content of your shopping bag is shown in the box on the right top side of each page for your convinience. So, you can check what is inside your shopping bag or proceed to checkout whenever you want to. Articles that are temporarily out of stock are marked with "***".

Changing the number of products in your Shopping Bag:
If you would like to buy more than one of the same product, simply change the quantity value in Your Shopping Bag page under the Quantity and press the "Update" button.

Removing products from your Shopping Bag:
To remove a product from the shopping bag, mark the checkbox next to product's Total and press the "Update" button.
- Wish List
Alternatively, you can create a Wish List (at this time, we allow up to five wish lists per registered customer) - a list of items you want your family or friends to purchase for you. This service is available for registered users ONLY.
To create a new wish list, mouse over the "Wish List" link at the top of any page, choose "Create" from the drop down menu.
If you are registered customer, you have to login to your account first. If you are a first time visitor, you have to create a new user acount prior to creating a Wish List.
To add products to the wish list, click on the "Add products to Wish List" link in your wish list account overview page, or at any other page you will see the icon
As soon as a wish list is created, you can send it out via e-mail by clicking "Send a wish list" link in your wish list account overview page.
Articles in your Wish List can be purchased at any time by moving them into the Shopping Bag. Please note that the price of products may change if products are kept in the Wish List over a long period of time.
Privacy, data protection and security
Your privacy and security of your personal data is of utmost importance to us.
We DO collect personal information of registered customers ONLY in cookies, to provide them with the range of services for ease of shopping, checkout and tracking their orders, wish list, and more. Cookies are very short text-blocks, which are saved at your computer. This enables our shop to recognise your browser, in order to be able to offer you individual services.
We DO NOT collect your credit/debit card information.
We DO NOT transfer your personal information to any third-party.
To secure on-line transactions, we use the industry standard 128-Bit SSL encription for all essensial data. SSL (Secure Socket Layers) is a well-established security system for the Internet.
Checkout
Once you add products to the shopping bag, you may checkout anytime you wish. There are two ways to do this: click the "Checkout" button on "Your Shopping Bag" page or checkout text link at the "Shopping Bag" box in the right menu.

Order without registering:
For your conveniece, we provide our customers with optional anonymous checkout. Your shipping and billing details will only be used for the current transaction.

Registered customers:
To speed up a checkout process, once logged in, you can use your saved shipping and billing information.

First-time registration:
You can create your own account with 24K Exchange for access to our services, newsletters, and to speed up future checkouts.
Payment options

Credit/Checking Card
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. At a checkout process you will have to provide a valid credit/checking card. Your order be processed upon funds transfer confirmation from authorized transaction processor.
To make online transactions more secure, we require a security code (CVC2 /CVV2) validation. Security code validation ensures that, the customer has a physically available card and that the card number information is not abused.
- Your 24K Exchange store balance
When you buy gift certificates, receive promotion codes or comissions from participating in our Affiliate program, these virtual funds credited to your customer's store balance.
(You should not necessarily be registered customer to redeem gift certificates and promotion coupons.)
Once logged in, you will see the current balance in the right menu box and on a checkout page. You can use your store balance to pay for 24K Exchange orders ONLY.
Shipping options
Currently, we ship all orders via FedEx. You have an option to choose from standard or express service.
Sales tax
We do NOT charge our customers sales tax.
User Account
Creating your personal account with 24K Exchange let you:
Your registration details are protected by your personal password and encripted with 128-bit SSL certificate for secure transfer to 24K Exchange database server.
With your username and password, you can easily place orders in the Online Shop.
Registration and password change
To create your account you should click the text link "My account" at the top of any page or press the "Create new account" button at a checkout.
Within the My Account section, you can access and change your registered personal details at any time.
Lost your password?
If you lost your password, you can easily retrieve it with the Lost my password function.
Order status
You can check the status of your order: mouse over "Customer Service" text link and click "Order Tracking" at the top navigation menu.
